Club Rules and Responsibilities

All members must abide by the rules and procedures of the club and should familiarize themselves with the Rules and Operating Procedures document available by clicking on the "Club Rules" link to the left.

In order to keep the club running smoothly, please remember:

1. Members must keep their information updated in our system.
2. All flights must be scheduled in advance using our online scheduler.
3. Fuel purchased from ATA Hollwood Central should be billed to the NPFC
   account and is included in the hourly flight rates.
4. Fuel purchased away from KHWO is eligible for reimbursement at the current
   per-gallon rate.
5. At the conclusion of all flights, the aircraft must be secured in it's appropriate
   tiedown space.
6. The aircraft must be left in the same or better condition than it was found.
7. Aircraft Flight Manuals should NOT be removed from the aircraft. Additional
   copies are available for download in the members area.
8. Members must update their flight reservation with their starting and ending
   hobbs/tach times as soon as possible after flight.
